In compliance with the BBB Privacy Policy, the BBB Serving the Metro Area of Denver/Boulder will use the personal information you provide below only for the purpose for which you have given permission.
BBBs nationwide are rolling out a new rating system to enhance the value of BBB Reliability Reports. All businesses will be given a specific "A" through "F" letter grade rather than the general satisfactory or unsatisfactory BBB report language of the past. Much of the information that we request to create a Reliability Report is the same information we've always collected in the past but summarizing it as part of a letter grade is what is new. Certain information requested in this questionnaire such as your type of business, size of business, length of time in business and licensing are driving factors in determining your company's grade.
Providing the information requested below will prompt the BBB to send your company a Standard Business Questionnaire. This questionnaire will contain all information that we may already have on file, as well as all information needed from you in order for the BBB to provide a complete and accurate Reliability Report to the public.
